• Shipping & Delivery
• At this time, Save A Life, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Save A Life, LLC ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Save A Life, LLC takes pride in shipping to APO/FPO addresses, and welcomes military orders.



• International
• Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

• Return Policy

• Save A Life, LLC will accept return of products within 30 days of ship date from our warehouse.

  
  
  

  All product returns must be accompanied by a Save A Life, LLC RMA number, with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Additional product returned not authorized on the RMA document will not be accepted as a return or reimbursed, and will be destroyed on premise, and no credit will be issued.

  
  
  

  Returns must be sent via traceable carrier, for validation of receipt of goods and for insurance compliance.

  
  

  All returns will be processed in a timely manner and credits will be applied to your account, or refunded via the payment method supplied, whichever you prefer.

  
  

  ALL product returned will be assessed a 15% restocking fee, unless the return is the result of an error made by Save A Life, LLC.

  
  
  

  All freight charges assessed to the return are the responsibility of the customer, and will not be reimbursed by Save A Life, LLC unless the return is a result of an error made by Save A Life, LLC.

  
  

  Save A Life, LLC will not accept return or issue credit for the following items (including, but not limited to):

  o Undergarments (underwear, socks, t-shirts, base layers)

  o Any inner-wear clothing or product which comes in direct contact with skin

  o Batteries

  o Boots/Shoes

  o Caps/Helmets

  o Opened packages or packages showing evidence of tampering

  o Product not in original packaging, including case pack goods

  o Forensic testing supplies, equipment or drug and or alcohol testing kits

  o First aid or trauma treatment products

  o Worn or shopworn products

  o Any special order products (including but not limited to):

  specific apparel fits, vehicular modification or customization products, special sidearm holsters or carriers, any apparel with custom embellishment, any hard goods requiring special embellishment, any product purchased for fulfillment of agency purchase order.

  
  
  
  

  Any item returned not in accordance with this written policy will not be accepted as a return or reimbursed, and will be destroyed on premise by Save A Life, LLC and no credit will be issued.

  
  Cancellations:
  

  Cancellations will be processed as they are received. If we do not have an item in-stock, we will promptly place an order for it with the manufacturer. These orders will be cancelled ONLY if we are able to cancel our order with the manufacturer. If we are unable to do so, we will notify you.
  Orders placed for discontinued items CANNOT be cancelled or refunded.
